Add your company
Get a company record started in a couple of minutes.
There's nothing to install — Cofolio runs in the browser. This is the whole setup.
Step 1: Create an account
Sign up with your email. Cofolio sends a one-time code instead of a password — enter it, and you're in.
Step 2: Add your company
From your account, choose Add your company. Search the UK register by name or company number, and pick the right result — Cofolio pulls in the company number, incorporation date and registered office from Companies House.
Can't find it, or adding a company that isn't on the register yet? Add the details yourself instead.
Step 3: Fill in the basics
A few more questions build your compliance clock: your year end, and whether you're registered for Corporation Tax, VAT and PAYE. Cofolio uses these to work out what's due and when — you can leave anything you're not sure of and fill it in later.
Step 4: See what's due
Your record is ready. The overview page shows what's coming up across Companies House, Corporation Tax, VAT and PAYE — forward or upload a document whenever one turns up, and it'll be waiting for you.
