From the public Companies House register. Nothing here is private: anyone can read it on gov.uk.
Can I search by company name?

What is a SIC code?
A Standard Industrial Classification code. A company picks the codes that describe what it does when it registers, and can change them later.
How current is the information?
It is read from Companies House when you pick the company. Dates can still change if the company files something after.
